Topaz Fuel Prices: Our Topaz Card Price is subject to change every Friday night and is calculated based on the average Platts price for the previous 5 working days.

Every business has a commercial, ethical and legal responsibility to make purchasing decisions that affect their business. It is Do Better Policy to never take decision making away from any member and hence all purchase agreements are presented in good faith. Do Better Ltd makes no recommendation of their suitability to the member’s needs and accepts no liability for the actions/inactions of any supplier or for any consequential loss as a result of membership. Suppliers may withdraw or change their offers at anytime. Members must satisfy nominated supplier’s terms and conditions. Being a Do Better member does not guarantee access to supplier offers if that member is refused supplier account facilities. Do Better has pre-negotiated prices and will not enter into any other relationship between member and supplier including any disputes that may arise.

Do Better reserves the right to amend the membership package at any time. Discounts are not applied on top of promotional supplier discounts.

Do Better Ltd has the right to cancel membership at any time without prejudice. Applicants are only deemed members once the membership fee is paid in full. Membership fees are to be paid annually and will be deducted from your credit card annually unless you advise otherwise.
